Cedar Hill Best Real Estate Deal Finalist!

Cedar Hill’s Pleasant Run Towne Crossing has been chosen by the Dallas Business Journal as a Finalist in their “Best Real Estate Deals of 2004.” The Economic Development Department nominated the retail power center for three categories. We have been chosen as a Finalist in at least one category. Congratulations (Again) Cedar Hill, David Miracle (CHEDC Director), John Weber (developer), and Henry S. Miller (broker) for another fine commercial development.
